Adding special calendar to power bi report

Hi guys,

I need to calculate a measure for shipment days as 

order date + 4 (excluding fridays and oficial  holidays) all divided by number fo days in the month excluding fridays & official holidays - 2.

Notice in egypt not all official holidays are in gregorian calendar we have holidays in hijri calendar that is differant every year.

Can any body help me please.

Unfortunately I can't add sample data but let me explain it more.

Day in the month I want to subtract from it number of fridays from the begining of the month till date.

If I calculated that I would calulate the others.
