Adding Info or Question Mark with the possibility to hover to see Tooltip

I have PBI report, and I want to add "Info" or "Question Mark" type button or image or anything, so, that after I'll hover on it, it would show another Report's page (Tooltip), with actual Information on it
I tried to use Info  or Question Mark buttons, but it only jumps to Tooltip page, by clicking Ctrl + Click, no hover and showing my Tooltip page available

 

Please HELP

    You could use the bulit-in 'help' header icon.

    It's turned off by default but if you go into the properties for the visual, you can enable it like this...

     

     

    Once that is turned on, you can setup the report page.

    On hover example...
