Assign my database artifact to specific users or share it?

Microsoft Fabric manages Cosmos DB database access through workspace roles (Admin, Member, Contributor, Viewer), not direct per-user assignment on individual artifacts. This is detailed in Microsoft’s official documentation for Cosmos DB authorization in Fabric.
