Please try below steps.
1. Revalidate Linked Service, Go to Linked Services --> LS_GBQ. Click Test Connection. If it fails, re-enter credentials or refresh token.
2. Check Authentication Type, Ensure authenticationType matches what you expect UserAuthentication or ServiceAccount.
3. Verify the secret is still valid and accessible by ADF.
4. Redeploy or Recreate Linked Service, If signature mismatch persists, delete and recreate the linked service.
5. Check Integration Runtime, If using Self-hosted IR, ensure it’s running and updated.
