Copy Job

For a workspace on my organization , the license is set as my trail license. The orgranization have an F2 capacity. However, when i use the capacity metrics for my organization, a copy job inside my trail license workspace is also listed there with CU , duration and tag billable. Will this be included in the bill for the whole organization even though the worksopace with that copy job have my trail license ?

  • Hi g7tham
If your workspace is on a trial license, it shouldn’t be using your organization’s F2 capacity. But since the copy job is showing up as billable in the capacity metrics, it looks like it might be running under the organization's capacity.
I would check if the workspace is assigned to F2?! Just a double-check the WS settings. And, check if the trial is switched to paid capacity by default.

      Hi mabdollahi ,

      Thanks for the reply.

I checked again. The workspace license is set as trail. How can i check, if the trail is switched to paid capacity by default.

  • Hi g7tham ,

Based on what you see on your setting, it should be good and you are using the trial. But, about the billing, I would ask the org's admin who has access to all capacities and workspaces.
