I’m excited to participate in the Your Data Story – Interactive Resume Challenge and share my Power BI report as per the Fabric Community submission guidelines.
For this challenge, I transformed my professional journey into an interactive Power BI resume. My goal was to move beyond a traditional CV and create a visual story that highlights my skills, experience, achievements, and career growth in a clear and engaging way.
What My Report Includes
Career Timeline: A visual overview of my roles, responsibilities, and progression over the years.
Skills & Tools: Breakdown of my technical expertise, certifications, and tools used across different projects.
Projects & Impact: Key contributions and results, supported by metrics and visuals.
Interactive Navigation: Bookmarks, tooltips, and slicers to make the report easy to explore.
Clean & Accessible Layout: Designed with readability, balance, and user experience in mind.
My Approach
I built the report entirely in Power BI Desktop, using:
Default visuals
DAX measures for insights
Custom page navigation
A structured, storytelling-based layout
Why This Challenge Matters
It allowed me to rethink my resume as data — and Power BI as the canvas. The process helped me reflect on my journey and present it in a format that is both informative and interactive.
