Week 2: Global Climate Indicators

This dashboard looks at three closely connected global climate signals: the rise in global temperatures, the increase in CO₂ emissions, and the ongoing rise in sea levels. I wanted to show how these trends change over time and how they relate to each other, without overcomplicating the story.

This is the first dashboard I’ve created specifically for a competition, so my focus was on keeping the design simple and easy to follow. I avoided adding extra or decorative visuals and instead relied mainly on standard Power BI visuals to keep the attention on the data. The only external visual used is the Enlighten World Flag visual from the Power BI Marketplace, which helps provide clear geographic context.

My aim with this dashboard is to communicate insights clearly through clean visuals and consistent design choices. I’m always open to feedback and suggestions, as I continue learning and improving my data visualization skills.
