I am the transformation manager, I use PowerBI extensively to create reports for my organsiation data insights. I just joined this community recently and came to know that there are contest to submit PBI visual designs. As my key interest is visualization, I would like to give an attempt to participate in these contest and provide my design ideas and data analytics.
In this Round 1 contest, I downloaded the 'Housing in Atlanta' and analysed the data tables for the past 6 years across cities provided. I have created measures to get weightage score for the indices to arrive the final score by combining all metrics values. Basis that I have created 3 pages, page 1 will provide insight about the Briarport's performance against peer cities and wher it stand, page 2 provide strenght and weekness with policy recommendations for each metrics and page 3 provide the comparitive study of all cities and also brought the scenarios for users to select which scenario is their interest to identify the top performing city.
