The LEGO Paradox

For this Barcelona Round 2 challenge, I set out to explore a paradox.
 
Today's LEGO collectors grew up imagining their own worlds, creating their own stories, and playing with bricks. Yet the LEGO ecosystem has increasingly shifted towards licensed franchises and collectible display models.
 
Using the Rebrickable LEGO Database, this report explores this transformation through data storytelling, following the journey from open creation to recreation and display.
 
My goal was not only to understand how LEGO has changed, but also to leave the audience with a question:
 
If today's collectors were yesterday's builders, who will become tomorrow's collectors?
 
The report was built entirely using native Power BI visuals and functionality.
