This report was built using sample (demo) supply chain data to demonstrate how data can be transformed into meaningful insights. The goal was to design an intuitive and decision-focused analytics experience covering demand, inventory risk, supplier performance, and logistics optimization.
The dashboard emphasizes storytelling through KPIs, conditional visuals, and interactive exploration, allowing insights to surface naturally without over-complexity.
