This is my submission for the DataViz World Championship Europe 2025.
My report explores Quality of Life in Europe, with a focus on uncovering trends and insights across countries, time periods, and categories. This project was especially enjoyable because it is designed for a different type of audience than I usually work with: data journalists, editors, and content creators.
Using Deneb visual, scatter plots, field parameters, and more, I have aimed to build a report that highlights interesting patterns, contrasts, and outliers. To ensure clarity and transparency, one dedicated page explains the data sources and metric definitions.
I also focused on making the report accessible, including colorblind-friendly palettes, adjusted tab order, and alternative texts.
The report is fully explorable and interactive, allowing users to dive into the data, find their own stories, and generate inspiration for articles, headlines, and digital content.
