@TechC How did you get the pages navigation to appear at the bottom? I didn't think Publish to Web supported that.
Dear @Greg_Deckler Actually I have used power bi desktop and uploaded .pbix for submission. I just started exploring BI.
However, regarding publish to web , we can achieve it through power bi service by enabling pages panel under file --settings.

@TechC Oh, trust me, I have that enabled as well on my report and it doesn't work which is why I was asking. In fact, there are a number of solved threads on the forums that ask about whether it is possible in Power BI Publish to Web and the answers are "no it is not". So, there's something different about your Service setup than mine. Like maybe on a preview build of the Service or maybe yours is in a Fabric capacity or ?? There's something different.
Hi Greg - We've automated uploads to the service for folks that don't have a publish to web URL, so this is actually using embedded!
