Executive Summary: The top-line view for daily check-ins. Shows total revenue, YoY growth, margin, and revenue-per-session at a glance, with the 5-year trend and the three biggest takeaways from the rest of the report flagged up front.
Revenue Drivers Over Time: Breaks down what actually moves the monthly revenue line. Three seasonal windows (Finals/Trophies in May, new kit launches in Aug–Sep, holiday gifting in Nov–Dec) recur every year and outperform baseline trading. The Global Cup 2022 and Continental Championship 2024 add a real, measurable lift on top of that calendar, but they're the exception, not the engine.
Growth Quality: Tests whether growth is healthy or just lucky. Revenue and sessions track almost perfectly together when indexed to 2021, while AOV and conversion rate have stayed flat. The one clear, fixable gap: Tier 2 markets convert 15% worse than Tier 1, despite growing traffic at the same pace.
Category, Region & Segment Deep Dive: Looks at where the growth is concentrated. Footwear leads category growth, ahead of Kits. Germany, Brazil, the US, Mexico, and Australia are all growing faster than the UK, the largest market. Customer segment mix has stayed remarkably stable.
