Design Philosophy Executives don't have time to analyse dashboards - they need answers. The report is designed around four business questions that guide decision-makers from understanding performance to taking action: Executive Snapshot — Where do we stand today? Customer Insights — Who is driving our growth? Portfolio Strategy — Where should we invest next? Strategic Priorities — What should we do next? Animations were intentionally kept to a minimum, allowing the focus to remain on clarity, speed, and executive decision-making. My goal was simple: to build a report that executives can understand in seconds and use to make confident business decisions. Thank you for taking the time to review my submission.
