Eating Local
The take away is that "eating local" is buzzword (buzz phrase?) that perpetuates a false belief. Your carbon footprint will barely change if you reduce emissions from the transportation step of the supply chain. What can you do? Eat less beef.

I had to repost because I realized my own colors on my computer are different then web colors (I have a tint and reduced white point everywhere but the web). It didnt look right. Please delete the earlier post and keep this one. My apologies!
