Bird Migration Project

This report analyzes bird migration patterns across various continents, species, and environmental factors using observational and tracking data. The Power BI dashboard provides a comprehensive view of total migrations, sightings, success rates, and the impact of climate and habitat conditions. Insights are broken down by region, species, habitat, reason for migration, and hourly movement trends, offering a rich understanding of migration dynamics.

Migration activity and bird sightings peak between January and May, with a resurgence in September to November. This reflects seasonal migration cycles and changing climate conditions influencing bird behavior.

The migration data across different hours of the day shows peak activity around 7 AM, 2 PM, and 9 PM, suggesting behavior tied to environmental conditions and visibility.
