Bar Chart Showing Variance – Target Sales vs Net Sales

For this project, I designed a variance bar chart highlighting the gap between Target Sales and Net Sales, structured with an IBCS-inspired approach for clear and professional reporting.

The visual is driven by a Year slicer and displays:

• Monthly variance (%) between Target and Net Sales
• Jan–Dec comparison for the selected year
• A dynamic takeaway insight integrated in the subtitle

The objective is to provide a clean and decision-focused visual that allows decision-makers to instantly identify monthly performance gaps.
