how do I invite users to join Power BI?

Hi, I just got into Power BI, how can I invite more users to join Power BI? Is there a LINK somewhere?

"Microsoft Power BI Hi, Sherry Gao is using Microsoft Power BI to tell data stories through rich visuals and dashboards. You can too. "  I invited myself, is there a way to invite others?

And, is there a course in Microsoft On-demand or Live course on learning "Introduction on Power BI" for brand-new users without much experiences.  Thanks! ^_^
