changing community profile email

how to change the email that I used to enter my profile in the community?
I used my Work email and I want to add my personal email.

Thank you for reaching out.  To update your email, please complete the Fabric Community Support form at aka.ms/FabricCommSupport.  It will walk you through the steps, then we will help after you are finished filling it in.
