Unable to submit post in Data Stories Gallery: HTML error

Unable to post new story in Data stories gallery, I've tried blnk description, simple "this is test content" in description but everytime getting same error: Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied.
