Switched Jobs would like to get access to my original community profile

Hi ,

I recently switched jobs and would like to get access to the original user profile I had. I followed steps mentioned on the community support page, that didn't help. I submitted a request here via form about 2 weeks back and haven't heard from MS support yet, hence creating this post. Although the community support guideline recommends against it.
