What happens if my new company doesn't have Power BI Pro (yet, I'm working on it...). So I can't submit a ticket properly. What can I do to get my old account back in the same way (just need community)?

Hello benjikj_mcsp. Anyone should be able to open a support ticket, regardless of whether they have a Pro license.
