Pro User

I have a pro BI licence, however, if I log in to Power BI and attempt to create a content pack,

the notifiction "Free User" is showing next to may name. Can this be due to the fact that I don't have office 365 pro plus installed on the computer that I am working on? ( I have a pro plus licence, but office 365 pro plus is not installed on this computer  - my computer at work.)

Whoever adminsiters your Office 365 subscription should enable your Pro license in the admin center. This issue shouldn't have anything to do with your local machine as O365 is a cloud service and is associated with your organization's tenant.
