Post marked as spam

I've submitted a post asking help for a solution and it gets marked as spam twice.

 

It's a genuine question (my SVG icons won't show up in the Matrix)

I'd like to know what gets a post (or this particular post) to be automatically marked as SPAM.

 

It'll be super helpful as we can avoid these posting mistakes and get the assistance / guidance we need sooner.
