Post deleted?

Yesterday I spent quite a bit of time drafting, publishing and editing a post regarding VS Code notebook failure. I probably edited whitespaces too many times on a short time interval, because when posting my edit I got a message about the post being sent to moderation. That's fine, I understand. What I don't understand is what the status of my post is now, I can't see it anywhere in my profile. Can any moderator help investigate this?
