Please fix Banned Account

When I try to access the community forums, (from another account) I get this.

Did I spam? Yes I replied to a post, re-thought my answer and tried to take it down, but couldn't find a delete button anywhere, so I erased the text. Once. On one post. Pretty excessive.

Please contact me or tell me who to contact to fix this. I'm a paying customer and this is nonsense.
