Merging my old community profile set up using my old company email

Basically, I have a profile that I used at my last place of work (that I can no longer access) and would like all that history to be merged with my new profile. Is anyone able to help with this please?

I've got the same issue that I can no longer access my old community profile that I've set up when I was with my previous employer and just needed to create a new profile.
Now I'd also like to merge both profile to restore my posting history.
