Mapping of old PowerBI Community account to new one

Hi,

I'm trying to get my old PBI Community Account Linked to my new organization account.

I've tried joining support but I'm not allowed to, and I have an option to chat with support only if I'm connected to my old account (which is a gmail account ...) and they can't help me since it's a personal account

It seems like I'm stuck, can someone help me out ?

Thank you for reaching out.  Please visit our Community Account support article: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Accounts-Registration/Community-Account-Support/ta-p/6802.... This will help you make your changes!  You will need an organizational account for the Power BI community.  Apologies, you are not able to use your gmail account.
