Link to Start a User group is broken

The link to start a user group (http://aka.ms/PUGstart) is broken.  The link is at the User Groups website.

Not yet resolved. Link goes to broken One Drive line.Too bad. I'd like to start a group. Does anyone know how to do so?

Hmmm - was it down just for a time I wonder?  It works for me.

I agree, link is broken for me as well - redirects to https://onedrive.live.com/?v=error&type=linknotsupported when you select the "Learn More" button on starting a new User Group

Still not working for me.  The link (http://aka.ms/PUGstart) redirects to https://onedrive.live.com/?v=error&type=linknotsupported, which shows the following:
