Lab 2 Exercise 2 - Var % incorrect @ 2.2%

Hi there.  I have reviewed my the steps for Lab 2 exercise 2 four times and cannot get the variance percentage correct.  I keep getting 2.2%.  My Revenue is correct, however.  I cannot continue with the course until I correct this as I likely will need to use this data going forward.  Any insight/help?  I've read all the previous posts and messages with no resolution.
