I had a reply to a power bi community post but It doesn't look like it published

Hello,

 

I made a reply I thought was helpful (first reply ever) and was hoping the author would see it after hitting post, but it's nowhere to be found. I even got the badge for making a reply. Any suggestions would help, as I was hoping to be more involved in the community.
