Today I had a test dp-600 through onvue but suddenly the app didnot work although I made a test a day before and it was working . The problem was fixed at 9:30 AM eastern Europe time and the test was at 8:15 , I am very sad that the test was a voucher from fabric data days free and I lost this opportunity to be certified.

Since the issue was with the OnVUE software, you must report it to Pearson VUE to open a "case." They are the only ones who can verify the technical logs and authorize a reschedule.
