How exactly to Post Excel in Power BI using PowerBI API.

I am trying to Post an excel using PowerBI API import mode.

For this do I need to Convert the excel file in Multipart form data or create the json and specify the filepath in the json as mentioned in https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt243840.aspx
