Forbidden Webpage when accessing community.fabric.microsoft.com

Hi I have a user who is trying to access this site, but is receiving a Forbidden page once the site loads. I'm not sure if its an account issue as it doesnt let her get to the sign-in page. I had her...

Hi - We also have several users getting the 403 Forbidden error when trying to access the homepage.  First of all displays a window for Azure WAF 'checking you're not a BOT' - then displays the forbidden error.  We are using the latest Edge browser and have tried using an InPrivate window with the same problem.  Is it possible our Public IP address is being blocked for some reason?

    Hi Natalie, this occurs when we try to browse to https://community.powerbi.com or https://community.fabric.microsoft.com - I thought perhaps it was because we are performing man-in-the-middle decryption for our internet traffic, but disabling it for these sites proved ineffective.  Is the site behind an Azure Tenant?  If so, are you able to advise the GUID?
