English and Spanish - Need to be removed from Spanish

Good morning, not sure who to contact, but a few weeks back when I joined this group to ask support questions, I started receiving duplicate emails. I get one in english and minutes later the same in spanish. I looked all throught the settings but could not find a way to set to english only. Help!

Thank you for helping. I honestly don't know how to tell.  I think it is Desktop
