DP-700 Certification Voucher Not Received Within Communicated Two-Week Timeline

I am reaching out to report a delay in receiving my DP-700 certification voucher, which was expected to be delivered within two weeks following the voucher request submission. As this period has now passed without any update or voucher delivery, I would like to seek support and guidance regarding the current status of my request.

For reference, I have already contacted the support team via email at fabric-ready@microsoft.com to inquire about the status, but I have not yet received a response. I would like to kindly ask if there are any additional actions or steps I should take in order to obtain an update regarding my voucher request.

I hope you're doing well. I'm writing to follow up on the DP-700 voucher I requested three weeks ago. As of now, I have yet to receive any updates regarding my request or the email I sent to fabric-ready@microsoft.com on December 3rd.
 
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you for reaching out.  There was a holiday last week, so that might be part of the delay.  You might also make sure you check your spam folder.  I would give it until the beginning of next week.
