Clarification on Account Ban - Kindly Help

Hi there,
I was told that my son's account was just banned on behalf of Spam.
For the moderator's kind information, He has never even posted anything on his account, how could it be banned on spamming?

All he did was apply for the Fabric DP-700 exam voucher, which he had been preparing hard for the past few weeks.
Is requesting a voucher considered a "Spam Activity"?

Please clarify Natalie_iTalent ??

      Hello ArunRai,

Thank you for reaching out and providing the information.  It looks like the ban was accidental.  It has been removed from the account.  Also, Microsoft values your privacy and providing an email on a post potentially exposes your Personal Identifiable Information.  I redacted the email address in the comment.

Additionally, as stated in the code of conduct, kindly refrain from posting in all caps.  For more information, please visit: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/business-applications/legal/tos-powerplatform-public-communities-codeofconduct/
