Certfifcations in 2 different accounts

Good day. I have an Azure certifcation in my personal MS account, and a Power Bi certfication associated with my work email account. I need to migrate the latter certfication to my personal MS account. Please assist in how I can contact Microsoft to make this possible. Thank you in advance.
