Cannot Access the Power BI Admin Center (admin.powerbi.com)

I can no longer access the Power BI Admin Center (https://admin.powerbi.com). I get a “page not found error” when I try to access it from either the Office 365 Admin Center link or directly to the URL. I have tried various browsers and computers. The Office 365 support team could not resolve the issue and have referred me to Power BI support.

I am a global admin on our Office 365 account. I have an Office 365 Power BI license. Within the Power BI for Office 365 license I also have “Microsoft Power BI Information Services Plan 1” and “Microsoft Power BI Reporting and Analytics Plan” and “SharePoint Online Plan 2” all turned on.
