Can spam post be released?

My first post was marked as spam. This was a legitimate question that I would like to put out there for some possible help. This is the url for the question.

        Hey Anonymous  - I just cleared your post. Seems theres an uptick in posts marked as spam. I'll be monitoring extra close and have opened an internal investigation. Don't hesitate to @mention or PM me if one of your posts has been marked and I haven't cleared it yet...I'll watch, but just in case!
