One of our PBI company users reached out to me asking for help. She used to visit this community in past when looking for help but recently, whenever she access the site either directly or via google, she just gets a message that she's banned.
She's not aware of doing anything wrong, she did not signed in (so it's not her community account being banned) and we don't know where to look for a help. Nobody else from our company report this problem, only her.
I doubt this is for MS Premier support, so I'm trying here with hope someone from community will be able to help?
