Account banned - please fix!!!

Hi,

I received the following message when trying to access https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/ from my main account, after a question I answered a few weeks ago:

We're sorry, but you have been banned from using this site.

• You have been banned for the following reason:
  
  The Community team has decided to permanently ban your account due to spam in the community. Interestingly,my organizational account was banned as well,for the same reason, exactly the same message,however, I never posted anything.

• The only action I took was request the 50% voucher for the PL 300 exam. Being that I use PowerBI at work and can't use my personal account at work,this ban is highly inconvenient, not to mention,baffling. 

I guess should have been more clear: Can someone please help with this situation?

I would like to use my organizational account,if at all possible.
