Power BI Dev Camp | Teaches Advanced Data Modeling - May 27th at 11a PDT

We have an exciting Power BI Dev Camp lined up for this week. The session coming up on Thursday will be hosted by Michael Kovalsky from the Power BI Customer Advisory Team (PBICAT). Campers will learn how to use the Tabular Editor to perform advanced data modeling techniques not available when working with Power BI Desktop. Michael will introduce the Best Practice Analyzer and discuss how to use this powerful tool to scan your Power BI data model to find areas for improvement. Campers will learn how to use and customize Best Practice Rules to meet data modeling best practices in areas such as DAX expression syntax, error prevention, formatting, maintenance, naming conventions, and, of course, performance.

Prerequisites: Campers should already have intermediate to advanced skills in building and designing data models using Power BI Desktop. Prior experience with Tabular Editor is recommended but not required.
