Hi I want to schedule pl 300 exam and PersonVUE is rejecting me constantly. I have tried with 3 different cards from different countries and always same message: Uh oh! We're unable to process your payment. Please call your card issuer for further details.
I saw similiar post on this topic and have tried all advises and it wont work. Can someone help?

From your message it looks like your card issuer bank does not allow foreign transactions.This can be confirmed by calling your bank.After that if you have any local person VUE office in your near by location , then visit there and you can book online or onsite test from the local test centre.Thanks

This is not correct 100% because i have tried with 3 different cards from different banks. Two banks are from serbia one is from USA. I jave tried both woth visa and master card and contacted banks they told me everything is fone on their side
