Reordering Column in Power BI Matrix Visual

Hi Everyone,

I want to reorder columns in the above visual but I am struggling to help. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
My Requirements :- I want in the below mentioned order
1) Total YTD 2) August YTD, July YTD (2024) 3) YTD Mom% 4) (2023) August YTD, July YTD 5) YTD MoM%

Matrix columns can’t be freely dragged — you must control order.


Best ways:

Sort table with labels + sort index, then use “Sort by Column.”

Calculation group (Tabular Editor) to define custom order.

Quick fix: create separate measures and place them in Values in desired order.

Hi,

This is actually not possible. If you always have just 2 months you are considering, I suggest creating  5 measures, which you can order as required.

Additionally, there might be some extensions you can find in the chart store, however, usually the good and flexible ones are the payed solutions. You can try out inforiver.
