Hi, I am preparing for the PL 300 microsoft data analyst associate certification exam. I want to create a new account on the app.powerbi.com with my e-mail address. When creating a new account, I do not receive a verification code to my e-mail address and I can't create an account. What can I do about this?

Hi,
I also tried to get support from Microsoft Turkey this week. I tried to get support using the Turkey support number in the "Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support" link. For Power bi support, they direct me to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com. Only users with an account can get support from this link. I have a problem creating an account. Since I don't have an account, I can't get support from here either.

Microsoft support for Power BI/Fabric requires a work/school account.
Create a free Entra tenant + trial license, or use the Fabric Community forum if you don’t have an account yet.
Do you have an account at Microsoft Learn Platform? If not, try to create an account in the Microsoft Learn platform.
What kind of emai adres do you have? hotmail, gmail, etc.?

If it is an organizational account, you can go directly to your license provider. Did you try that?

Is this still relevant? I guess the reason you're not getting an answer is because you're in the the Fabric Community.
There could be some reasons:
- Did you create a private account? Check your Spam folder
- Try maybe with a different email (e.g. company just for testing)
- Check https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/support/power-bi-cannot-sign-in
