Microsoft learn ignite challenge

Hey all,

I completed the challenge a month ago and registered aswell on the fabric community. I still haven't recieved the voucher, even though my friends who completed afterwards got it. Can someone help me understand what might be the cause of it?

Check out Private Messages.
And the username on both pages should be the same. (fabric community, ms learn)

No private messages yet. My friends did it last day and recieved  the voucher but I did it over a month ago and still am waiting for a response.

There's an option that lets you see your username, I checked before applying. Both usernames were the same.
