Error Found while Attempting Exam: "Implement a lakehouse in Microsoft Fabric"

Hi Team,

While, I was signed to attain the Applied Skill Exam, post logging into the fabric environment as specified in the guideliness, I was not able to create a lakehouse. 

When i try to create, the below error is observed

Server Error.
HTTP response code : 429
Error Code : CapacityLimitExceeded

Without creating the lakehouse, how can i complete the specified task in the exam of 'Implement a lakehouse in Microsoft Fabric', due to these I was not able to attain the exam and as the time got over, I have lost my opportunity. However, now i have to wait for next 72 hours to give restest. Additionally, What if the same issues occurs after 24hours..?

Therefore, Fabric Community can you please have a look into this issue and help by resolving this issue, this will help me a lot..

I hope you will look into this at the earliest and solve the error.
