Hello All, While registering for the DP-600 exam, I used my organization email ID. However, I later realized that my office laptop does not support OnVUE, and I’m also unable to sign in with my official email on my personal laptop.
For now, I have rescheduled the exam to two days later. I wanted to check what the best solution would be in this situation. Is it possible to change the registered email from my organization email to my personal/school email (for the time when I am singing in to attempt the test)?
My organization’s IT team has already informed me that they are unable to provide support for this issue. I’m concerned that I might lose both my exam attempt and the fee if this isn’t resolved. Could someone please guide me on how to proceed?
