DP 600 free voucher issue

Hi team,

I have registered for the DP 600 free voucher which needs to be completed before 10 dec.

I have created the fabric community id.

Completed all the modules.

I have filled up the registration form before 10 dec.

Yet I haven't received the mail/personal message for voucher nor the mismatch in eligibility for the voucher.

My details for registration are as follows:
